COD software in Pakistan: the tools, and what each one is for

Markazi Panel5 min readChecked September 2026
There is more software built for Pakistani cash-on-delivery sellers than most people realise, and it is not all doing the same job. This is a plain list of what exists, grouped by the problem it solves, with what each category is genuinely for. We build one of these things and we have tried to write the page we would have wanted before we did.

How to read this list

Products are grouped by job, not ranked. A ranking would be dishonest here: a courier aggregator and a profit dashboard cannot be first and second at anything, because they are not answering the same question. Work out which group you are short of, then compare inside it.

Descriptions are taken from each company’s own public material. We have not used these products in anger, and we are not going to pretend otherwise by scoring them.

Courier aggregators — getting parcels out

Book with several couriers from one screen, compare rates, print labels, track shipments. The core problem they solve is that Pakistani sellers use different couriers for different zones and rates, and doing that natively means several portals.

  • Flaship — books across Leopards, M&P, TCS, Daewoo, Trax and others from one screen, with rate comparison and delivery-performance reporting.
  • Orio — COD shipping across a similar set of carriers including TCS, Leopards, BlueEx, Trax, M&P and PostEx.

Consider one if booking is manual, or you are on a single courier because switching is a hassle rather than because they are the best for a given zone.

Order management and ERP — running the operation

The broadest and most involved category. These run the business between the order arriving and the cash reconciling: routing, screening, confirmation calls, fulfilment, rider handover, returns, and often accounting and inventory too.

  • ShipUp — describes itself as a multi-store e-commerce operating system for COD-heavy Pakistani sellers: order routing and screening, scan-verified rider handover, bulk COD reconciliation against courier settlement files, a double-entry ledger, returns, and 20+ courier integrations. Connects to Shopify and WooCommerce.
  • MyEcomERP — consignment booking, labels, tracking and COD settlement reconciliation across the major carriers.
  • ShopinoERP — cloud ERP with courier API sync, audit trails and COD reconciliation.

Consider one if the constraint is people and process rather than knowledge — orders missed, parcels wrong, cash not reconciling, staff living in WhatsApp. Be aware that this category takes the longest to adopt, because it changes how people work rather than what they can see.

Dashboards — knowing what the numbers did

These read what already exists and answer questions about it: which product makes money after freight and returns, which channel brings buyers rather than visitors, what a month actually left you with.

  • Markazi Panel — ours. A dashboard for a store on its own website: traffic, orders, per-variant costs, courier reconciliation and profit in rupees. It does not book parcels, run confirmation calls or integrate with Shopify, and if those are your problem one of the categories above is the right purchase. If you are pricing Shopify itself, what it charges a Pakistani store is set out separately.

We have deliberately not padded this group. There are general BI tools you could point at your data, and several of the platforms above include reporting — which is the honest alternative and is covered below.

Plugins and point tools

  • TrackKaro — a WordPress plugin for courier tracking and COD, if you are on WooCommerce and want tracking without a platform.

The overlap nobody mentions

Several order-management platforms include a profit and loss and an analytics dashboard. If you are buying one of those for the operational half, you may not need a separate dashboard at all, and we would rather say that than sell against it. What we would not do is assume the reporting is finished just because it exists — there is one check worth running before you rely on it.

The one thing worth checking before you assume the reporting is complete: does its profit figure subtract return freight and courier withholding? Those are the two deductions most often missing, and they are the two that decide whether a COD business works. If they are absent, the number is revenue with some costs applied, not profit.

Checked September 2026. Descriptions come from each company’s own public material, read on that date. Products change, and this list is certainly incomplete — if we have described yours wrongly or missed you entirely, tell us and we will correct it.

Questions people ask

What software do Pakistani COD sellers use?
Three categories: courier aggregators for booking parcels, order-management platforms or ERPs for running the operation, and dashboards for understanding the numbers. Most growing stores end up with two of the three.
Do I need a courier aggregator and a dashboard, or one of them?
They solve different problems — one gets parcels out, the other tells you whether it was worth sending them. If you can only buy one, buy the one that matches where your day currently goes.
Which of these work if my store is not on Shopify?
It varies and it is the first thing to check. Several connect only to Shopify and WooCommerce. A custom site or your own checkout narrows the list considerably.
Does an ERP replace a profit dashboard?
Sometimes. Check specifically whether its profit figure subtracts return freight and courier withholding — those are the two most commonly missing, and without them it is reporting revenue less some costs.
What is the cheapest way to start?
One courier portal and a spreadsheet. It works honestly until per-parcel reconciliation takes longer than the answer is worth.
Is this list complete?
Almost certainly not. It covers what we could find publicly in September 2026, and the market moves. Corrections and additions are welcome.
