Terms
The agreement between you and Khawajco LLC, which operates Markazi Panel. Written to say the same thing the rest of this site says — if anything here contradicts a promise made on Pricing, the promise wins and we will fix this page.
What the service is
Markazi Panel measures a website you control. You add one line of script to your site; we record what visitors do there and show it back to you in a dashboard. We do not host, modify, migrate or take custody of your website, and removing the line stops the measurement.
Billing
- 60 days free at the start. No card is required, then or ever.
- After that, one invoice a year, paid by bank transfer. There is no card on file anywhere in the product.
- Prices are quoted in rupees or dollars depending on where the account is. Any applicable taxes are excluded.
- Plan limits are soft. Going over one does not switch anything off — we will contact you about moving plan.
- Moving to a larger plan mid-year costs the difference for the remainder of the year.
If an invoice goes unpaid
Your dashboard stays open for 2 months. Nothing is switched off while you decide, and data already collected is not deleted. After that period we stop collecting new data from your site. If you come back, what was collected is still there.
Your data is yours
- You own everything collected from your website. We hold and process it on your instructions.
- It is never sold, never pooled with another customer’s, and never used to train any machine-learning model.
- You can ask for an export, or for erasure, at any time — including after you have stopped paying.
- What is collected, and what is never collected, is set out in full on Privacy.
What you agree to
That you control the website you install the script on, or have permission from whoever does; that you will not use the service to collect data you have no right to collect; and that you will tell your own visitors what is being recorded, which the Privacy page is written to help you do.
Ending it
Remove the line of script and tell us. That stops collection and stops future invoices. We may end an account for non-payment after the period above, or immediately for use that is unlawful or that endangers the service for other customers.
Limits
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for business decisions taken on the strength of a figure it displayed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that materially affects you, we will say so by email to the address on the account before it takes effect.
Who you are contracting with
Khawajco LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 10170, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
