Questions
The things people ask before they install anything — answered straight, including where the answer is no. If yours is not here, hello@markazipanel.com reaches a person.
Getting it running
- Do I need a developer to install it?
- No. It is one line of script pasted into your site’s pages, the same way a chat widget or a font goes in. If someone else built your site and you can reach the place where scripts go, you can do this yourself in a couple of minutes.
- Do I have to move, rebuild or migrate my website?
- No. Your site stays exactly where it is, on the platform it is on, and it keeps working unchanged if you remove the line again. Nothing is hosted here except the dashboard.
- Will it slow my website down?
- It is one small script, loaded so that it never blocks the page from appearing, and it is served from your own domain rather than a third-party host. The three sites running it today score between 93 and 97 on Google PageSpeed Insights with it installed. It is not free — nothing you add is — but it is a long way from what a tag manager carrying four scripts costs.
- Does it work with Shopify or WooCommerce?
- The script works on any website, including a Shopify or WooCommerce storefront, and it will measure traffic, goals, SEO and AI-search visibility there today. What does not exist yet is an app that pulls your orders out of Shopify or WooCommerce automatically — order and margin data reaches the panel through its own checkout or by import, so a store that wants the profit side should ask before committing. That is the honest state of it, not a soft no.
- Can I import a catalogue I already have?
- Yes, from a CSV. You map your columns to the fields it expects, see exactly what will change before anything is written, and re-importing updates rows rather than duplicating them. Columns it cannot match are shown to you rather than silently ignored.
What it measures
- Does it replace Google Analytics?
- For most owners here, yes — traffic, sources, pages, and what a visit was worth are all in it, and it answers them without a property to configure or a report to build. What it does not try to be is a general-purpose analytics platform: if your work depends on custom event models and BigQuery exports, keep the tool that does that.
- Can I see traffic that comes from ChatGPT and other AI assistants?
- Yes, and this is the part conventional analytics is worst at. AI assistants frequently strip the referrer when someone clicks through, so a large share of that traffic lands in Google Analytics as “direct” and becomes invisible. The panel counts visits arriving from assistants and, separately, the AI crawlers that come to read your pages in the first place — so you can see whether you are being read as well as whether you are being sent people.
- My website does not sell anything. Is it any use?
- That is the second of the two products, not an afterthought. A site whose job is enquiries gets goals — the forms, calls and messages that count as a lead — instead of an order count it would never look at. The screens differ because the questions differ.
- What does it record about my visitors?
- Pages, referrers, approximate location and the events you ask it to count. No cross-site tracking and no advertising profiles. It sets one first-party cookie holding a random identifier so a returning visitor is not counted as a new person — that is the whole of it, and the privacy page lists what is never recorded and how a visitor opts out.
Orders, margin and COD
- How does it work out profit, rather than revenue?
- It subtracts what an order actually cost you: the cost of the goods, the delivery charge, the withholding deducted before you are paid, and the returns that came back. Revenue is the number every other dashboard shows; the one that decides whether a month worked is what is left after those four.
- We sell cash on delivery. Does it handle courier payouts?
- Yes, and it is one of the reasons the product exists. Remittances arrive late, short, or split across couriers, and matching them by hand is how short payments go unclaimed. You record a payout against the orders it settles, per courier and at that courier’s own rate, and the panel holds you to it — a batch mixing two couriers is refused and it names the orders that went with whom.
- What happens to an order that comes back?
- It is reported as what it is. The sale still counts to the channel that produced it, because it did happen, but the money that stayed is reported next to it and the return rate is shown per channel. Anything else flatters whichever channel returns most — and it is exactly the error that makes a return look like a return on ad spend.
Paying for it
- How much is it?
- From Rs 15,000 a year, billed annually. The pricing page has every tier and what happens if you go past a cap.
- Do you take clients outside Pakistan?
- Not at the moment. Pricing is in rupees and the product is built around how business is done here — cash on delivery, local couriers, remittances and the withholding deduction. A site outside Pakistan that only needs traffic, goals, SEO and AI-search visibility would technically be well served, but we would rather say no than sell something shaped for a different market. Write to us anyway if that is you — it is a decision, not a rule.
- Do I have to put a card in?
- No. There is no card form anywhere in the product. Billing is annual and invoiced by bank transfer, because recurring card billing is not dependable for Pakistani cards and pretending otherwise means chasing a failed payment every month.
- What happens after the 60 free days?
- You are invoiced. Nothing switches itself off at the moment a trial ends or an invoice is late — the account and its data stay as they are, and you are contacted by a person. The terms say exactly what happens and when.
- Can I get my data out if I leave?
- Yes. Orders, customers and events export to CSV from inside the dashboard, whenever you want, without asking anyone. Data you put in is yours and leaving with it is not a support ticket.
- Can I see it before deciding?
- Yes — request the demo. It is a full dashboard with a month of a real store’s shape of data in it, every screen unlocked, for a week. Nothing is blurred out and there is no sales call attached.
